The service

Play This Life is productivity software that helps you turn goals into tasks, plan your work, and track progress through quests, skills, and XP. It is delivered online; no physical goods are supplied. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account and content

You must be at least 18 to use Play This Life. Keep your sign-in account secure and provide accurate information. You retain ownership of the content you enter and give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, including its AI features.

Only submit content you have permission to use. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe others’ rights, to disrupt the service, or to bypass access controls or usage limits.

AI and progress tracking

AI helps suggest steps, organize tasks, and assess recorded work. Its output may be incomplete or wrong. Review suggestions before acting on them. Skill ratings, traits, and XP are feedback on recorded activity, not professional assessments or qualifications. We do not guarantee any particular personal or business outcome.

Play This Life does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. XP has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Pricing and payments

New Pro subscriptions cost $5 USD per month, plus applicable taxes. Eligible accounts can try every feature free for 3 days after creating an account, without providing payment details. The trial does not convert automatically into a paid subscription. When it ends, you can choose whether to subscribe. One trial is available per account; returning subscribers do not receive another trial. Included features are described on our pricing page.

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. The price, currency, applicable taxes, and billing interval are shown before you confirm a purchase. Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice also apply to the transaction.

A paid subscription renews monthly until canceled. Open Manage billing to cancel before your next paid renewal. You can also use the support link in your receipt or contact us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless the payment is refunded. When trial or paid access ends, your saved workspace and history remain available to read.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy provides a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days of a payment, including a subscription renewal. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Availability and ending access

Features may change and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We may restrict or suspend access for misuse or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and contact us to request account deletion. If a paid service cannot be provided, contact us for a resolution or refund as applicable.

Responsibility

We provide the service as available. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact
