Send a deletion request

Email welcome@mail.playthislife.com from the Google account address you use for Play This Life. Ask us to delete your account and associated data. You can request deletion without installing the app or signing in here.

We may ask you to verify ownership. Support will confirm your request and tell you when deletion is complete. Sending the email does not immediately delete your account.

What we delete

Your sign-in account, profile, goals, tasks, schedules, recorded progress, skills, XP and associated AI conversations are included in the request.

Billing, fraud-prevention, security or legal records may be retained where required. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups. Support will explain any applicable retention when processing your request. See our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. If you have an active subscription, mention it in your request so support can help you avoid future charges. Deleting the app from your phone does not cancel a subscription.

For an existing Paddle subscription, use Manage billing or the support link in your receipt. Google Play subscribers can manage subscriptions in Google Play.

Resetting progress

Full reset in account settings clears progress; it does not delete your sign-in account. Use the deletion request above to remove your account.
