Plan work and personal life together

  1. Set the time you can use each day after fixed commitments and rest. The example starts with 90 minutes a day; choose your own limits.
  2. Add concrete actions. Use a project entry for one step, a habit for something repeated, or a routine for a sequence you want to make time for.
  3. Select the days you intend to do each entry. The minute estimate counts once on every selected day.
  4. Check the week. Move something to a different day or uncheck every day to keep it in Later.
  5. Download your CSV before leaving. It includes the current entries, estimates and daily limits.

What the example shows

A work report, a portfolio project, reading, an evening routine, gym sessions and laundry share the same week. A course idea stays in Later. The example totals 330 planned minutes and leaves that unscheduled idea out of the total.

A limit is only a check against your estimates. This planner does not choose appointment times, detect calendar conflicts or measure how long an activity actually takes.

Use a workout entry to reserve time for training, or a routine entry to reserve time for a sequence. Detailed exercise sets and routine steps belong in your own notes or in the full app.

For one day’s starting point, try planning tomorrow in ten minutes.

Weekly planner questions

Is this planner free?

Yes. Editing, CSV downloads and the blank PDF need no account, email or payment.

Will my draft be here tomorrow?

The draft lasts while this page stays open. Reloading or leaving loses your edits. Download a CSV to keep them; this page cannot import it back.

What if a day is over its limit?

The day shows the extra minutes. The tool leaves your choices in place so you can change them. It does not move work automatically.
